EOH launched in September 2010 and in just over a year of business we successfully discovered and prevented the pay-out of fraudulent and/or dishonest claims amounting to more than R200m.

This impressive result is thanks to EOH’s concentrated efforts; focusing on the provision of our dedicated outsourced assessing and verification services directly to South Africa’s Insurance industry.

Every EOH employee has the following credentials:

  • Is a corporate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
  • Subscribes to the ACFE International Code of Ethics as well as a strict company code of conduct
  • Is FAIS (Financial Advisory & Intermediary Services) Compliant (where applicable)
  • Has a minimum of 5 years Insurance Claims, Assessing and Verification experience (Claim Examiner specific)
  • Has completed the Santam E-learning Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) module and assessment

The primary goal of an EOH assessor is the validation and quick settlement of all valid claims. As such, we acknowledge the crucial role we play in the service delivery chain and the importance of our responsibility to the claims paying reputation of the underwriter.
